Right Place, Right Time

Today was a good day! Anna and I decided to go downtown just to look in all the unique shops. After an hour, we got hungry and started walking towards Harpos. And out of the doorway steps a drunken man who says "Do you want tickets to the game?" We look at each other - sure! He runs inside and hands us THREE tickets - at no cost! We gladly took them, moved the car to a closer garage (and amazingly got a space on the first floor) and walked to the game in time for kick-off! On our way there, a guy asked us if we had an extra ticket and I gave him the extra one at no cost. (He wasn't a scalper). Our only expense was $8 for dinner via the concession stands. It was a great night - our seats were great, in the shade, and I had an MU sweatshirt and MU jacket in my car that we grabbed (and needed) by the end. We left after the band played Hey, Baby at the beginning of the 4th quarter and when MU already had 50 points against the other team.

All in all a wonderful Saturday!
